Uncle Prep – Where Uncle Takes Responsibility

By accessing Uncle Prep’s website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Uncle Prep provides third-party logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon FBA preparation and labeling

  • Shipment consolidation and forwarding

  • Warehousing and inventory storage

  • Inspection, repackaging, and bundling

  • Returns processing and related logistics services

Services are performed based on client instructions and availability.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment, inventory, and labeling instructions

  • Ensure inventory complies with Amazon, carrier, and legal regulations

  • Declare accurate product descriptions and values

  • Maintain active marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon Seller Central)

Uncle Prep is not responsible for penalties caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

3. Prohibited Items

Clients may not send:

  • Illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials

  • Counterfeit or infringing products

  • Items prohibited by Amazon, carriers, or U.S. law

Uncle Prep reserves the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited items at the client’s expense.

4. Warehousing & Storage

  • Storage fees are billed according to agreed terms

  • Inventory left unpaid or unclaimed may be disposed of after notice

  • Uncle Prep is not responsible for normal wear, packaging damage, or manufacturer defects

5. Payments & Fees

  • All fees must be paid according to the agreed billing cycle

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

6. Shipping & Liability

  • Uncle Prep is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damages once shipments are handed to carriers

  • Clients are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance

  • Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed

7. Amazon & Marketplace Compliance

Uncle Prep follows Amazon FBA and marketplace guidelines but does not guarantee acceptance of inventory by Amazon or other platforms.

Marketplace decisions, suspensions, or rejections are beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials belong to Uncle Prep and may not be used without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Uncle Prep shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or business interruptions

  • Marketplace suspensions or account issues

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Policy violations

  • Non-payment

  • Illegal or prohibited activity

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
